We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and ceasing to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redeem 777 regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
